This screen porch flows perfectly with the shape and style of this home. The porch has cedar walls, pressure-treated pine decking, a cathedral ceiling, and a gable roof. The ceiling and the roof type help to open up the space and bring in more natural sunlight. The bottom of this porch is completely closed off with solid board skirting. This can help to keep out critters and it also adds a closed-off element of design. You can see the start of the Belgard Patio that was also part of this project. The steps allow a nice flow from the screen porch to the patio. This combination porch & patio project was built & designed by Naperville, IL designer Archadeck of Chicagoland.
