This project was a re-deck which means that the structure of the deck was left the same while the boards, rails, and stairs were all replaced. Sometimes re-decking is a better option when a deck isn’t too old but the boards on top are looking damaged. This elevated deck is made of pressure-treated pine and it has lifestyle rails with 2” x 2” pickets. This outdoor space is absolutely stunning, the deck is large enough to entertain, dine, and lounge all at once. This deck was built & designed by Highwood, IL designer Archadeck of Chicagoland.
