The Permit Coordinator will efficiently gather and submit all specified plans and applications required by the local building department to permit the production of outdoor projects. 

Duties include but not limited to:

Prepare, submit, coordinate, and secure project permits and variations in the most effective manner.
To meet the expected start date or sooner when possible.
Coordinate and respond to all plan reviews in an urgent manner.
Ensure all Village issues or additions are identified to the production team.
Ensure all active Plans (electronic & printed) are the plans approved by the building department

The skills required to be considered for this position include:

General office experience required.
Experience in construction a plus
Microsoft Office experience
Strong organizational and prioritization skills 
Attention to detail with multi-tasking
Must provide proof of auto insurance and a valid driver’s license.
